Gocha-t is a nice mobile app dedicated to Pokemon Go players, to discuss and locate each other. Is a group chat app based on Ionic framework, AngularJS and you can easily export for iOS and Android. You should be familiar with Ionic, Angularjs, HTML and CSS, and Cordova/Phonegap.
